At See It Done (seeitdone.ai), we are committed to protecting the privacy of both our direct users and the users of our partner visualizer tools. This policy complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Use and Access Act 2025.

1. Information We Collect

• Direct Users: Name, email, and profile picture via Google OAuth.
• Embedded Visualizer Users: Postcode and email address (collected on behalf of our business partners to facilitate renovation quotes). Address and telephone number for those requesting quotes.
• Project Assets: Images uploaded and the AI-generated visualizations.
• Technical Data: Anonymized IP addresses and browser types for security and site optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

• For Individuals: To generate AI previews, manage credits, and support community features.
• For Business Partners: To process and route lead information (postcodes/emails) directly to the contractor you have requested a quote from.
• Service Improvement: We use anonymized data to improve our AI models and user experience.

3. Data Roles (Controller vs. Processor)

• See It Done as Controller: We are the “Data Controller” for users who sign up directly on seeitdone.ai.
• See It Done as Processor: When our tool is embedded on a partner’s website (e.g., a contractor’s site), the partner is the Data Controller and See It Done is the Data Processor. We process that data strictly according to the partner’s instructions.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Security: All data is transmitted over encrypted SSL/TLS connections.
• Storage: Data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with AES-256 encryption at rest.
• Access: Administrative access is strictly controlled and protected via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Third Parties: We use Stripe for payments and Google OAuth for login. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We also use AWS SES for email delivery and AI model providers (including OpenAI & Google Deepmind) for image processing.

5. Data Retention

Lead data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by our business partners. Users may request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
