By creating an account, uploading an image, or using any part of the SeeItDone.ai platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
SeeItDone.ai allows users to upload images of homes or properties and generate visual renovation previews using artificial intelligence. The service includes:
- AI image generation
- Google login
- Credit-based usage plans
- Optional community sharing
3. User Accounts
To access the service:
- You must sign in using Google OAuth.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
- Each account receives 1 free image generation per month.
- Additional credits require a subscription plan via Stripe.
- Unused credits do not roll over.
- Plans renew monthly unless canceled.
5. User-Uploaded Content
By uploading content:
- You confirm you own or have the right to use the image.
- You grant us a license to process the image using AI.
- You may choose to allow or disallow your generated content to be shared on the public Community page.
We will not use your images for marketing or public display without your opt-in.
6. Community Page
If you opt in:
- Your before-and-after renovation may appear publicly.
- You can revoke visibility at any time from your account.
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or offensive content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Misuse or reverse-engineer the AI system
- Violate intellectual property rights
Accounts in violation may be suspended without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
- All AI-generated images are for personal or business use only.
- You may use generated images for marketing, client proposals, or internal presentations.
- Do not resell or redistribute the platform or its output as a service unless on the Agency Plan.
9. Payments and Refunds
- All payments are handled securely through Stripe.
- Refunds are not guaranteed unless the service fails to deliver as expected.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the My Account page.
10. Disclaimer
This is a visualization tool. All results are simulated and do not represent exact construction outcomes. Always consult a licensed contractor before starting real renovations.
We make no guarantees of accuracy, and accept no liability for decisions made using this tool.
11. Limitation of Liability
SeeItDone.ai is not liable for:
- Errors in AI-generated outputs
- Third-party service interruptions
- Data loss or unauthorized access
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
